Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB is expanding its Sustainable Banking team in Madrid to support multiple business lines and the Iberia market. You will engage with senior bankers and clients to identify opportunities and tailor sustainable finance solutions, including Green, Social, and Sustainability Linked instruments.

You will help structure mandates and coordinate with stakeholders, contributing to advisory activities and market analysis while growing expertise in ESG, climate data, and performance

Qualifications

• Be under 28 years old (VIE eligibility)
• Master degree completed
• EU citizen (except Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Set quality relationships with Business Lines and clients' Senior Bankers to identify and generate business opportunities
• Define tailor-made solutions and pitch the Crédit Agricole CIB sustainable finance offering and monitor commercialization
• Structure and execute originated mandates in partnership with the Business Lines
• Set close relationships with market stakeholders (ESG rating agencies, investors, other banking actors)
• Maintain expertise on the sustainable finance market to keep Crédit Agricole CIB as a leading player
• Build efficient working relationships within the Sustainable Banking team in France and abroad
• Assist in processing and development of Sustainable Banking activities in Iberia
• Prepare client discussion materials: pitches, benchmarks, data, project eligibility analyses for Green/Social/Sustainability Loans/Bonds and KPIs
• Contribute to advisory and structuring of mandates: Green/Sustainability Financing Frameworks and Second Party Opinions
• Monitor developments in ESG methodologies and climate scenarios, update databases and track market emissions
