Morningstar Credit Ratings, LLC seeks a high-performing Business Development professional in Madrid to drive growth in the Iberian market. You will have full ownership of business development duties, managing client relationships while engaging senior stakeholders to position ESG solutions effectively.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within financial institutions. A hybrid work model and competitive compensation package are offered.

Formación

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• Strong interest in ESG and sustainable finance.

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue generation and growth for a book of business.
• Lead sales cycles from origination to closing.
• Develop senior relationships across financial institutions.
