• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; with 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry and/or relevant sales experience; 5+ years of people management.
• Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales.
• Deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare ecosystem, including market access.
