Novartis is seeking a Medical Manager Immunology to join our Medical Affairs team in Spain. You will help shape and execute the Medical Affairs strategy within Immunology, providing scientific and medical expertise across the organization.

In this role you will work with internal and external stakeholders to generate and communicate scientific insights, support clinical research activities and build meaningful scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and KOLs.

Qualifications

• Relevant scientific, medical or healthcare educational background.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or related pharmaceutical environment.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders.
• Translate insights into input for Medical Affairs strategy.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, PV, Market Access, QA and Commercial teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commitment to ethics, compliance and scientific integrity.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of Medical Affairs plans within Immunology.
• Provide medical input into clinical trial and research activities.
• Coordinate medical review of locally developed materials and ensure compliance.
• Engage with KOLs and healthcare professionals to share scientific insights.
• Contribute to country strategy for non-interventional studies and IITs.
• Ensure materials reflect local stakeholder needs and guidelines.
• Generate and communicate medical insights to cross-functional partners.
• Identify risks and support internal controls and ethics compliance.
