Novartis in Spain seeks a Medical Manager Immunology to join our Medical Affairs team. You will shape and execute the Medical Affairs strategy within Immunology, providing scientific expertise across the organization and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will drive scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and KOLs, coordinate medical reviews, and ensure materials meet regulatory and ethical standards while supporting cross-functional medical insights and

Qualifications

• Background in scientific, medical or healthcare field.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or related pharma functions.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with regulatory, pharmacovigilance, market access, quality and commercial teams.
• Strong ethics, compliance and scientific integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Medical Affairs plans within Immunology.
• Provide medical input into clinical studies and trials.
• Coordinate medical review and approval of materials.
• Generate medical insights for cross-functional partners.
• Maintain scientific dialogue with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and guidelines.
• Report adverse events within 24 hours.
• Support distribution of marketing samples where applicable.
