NAMSA in Madrid is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the Imaging Manual of Operations, data transfer specs, and study-specific regulatory documents for multi-center trials. You will liaise with project/site managers, CRAs, sponsors, vendors, and regulators; ensure trainings are assigned; assist with core lab image processing, data entry, and billing as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in clinical research or related field.
• Experience with project coordination/management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and industry acronyms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EDC systems.

Mansioni

• Assist with development and execution of Imaging MOP and related regulatory documents for multi-center clinical trials.
• Liaise between NAMSA, project/site managers, study site coordinators, CRAs, Sponsors, vendors/subcontractors, consultants and regulators to support document development and trainings.
• Ensure trainings are assigned to Core Lab staff and vendors/subcontractors.
• Attend study team and internal meetings, provide status updates and action plans.
• Assist with core lab image processing and data entry as needed.
• Support billing/invoicing and resolve billing issues with Finance.
