ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Study Manager for a sponsor-dedicated role across Spain, UK, Romania, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic with remote work options. You will oversee biosample management activities, laboratory operations, and vendor partnerships to drive study delivery, compliance, and data integrity in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Proven experience in clinical study management with regulatory understanding.
• Experience supporting biosample management activities within clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical studies to ensure regulatory compliance and timelines.
• Lead oversight of biosample management activities including collection, processing, storage, shipment, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with investigators, laboratories, vendors, and biomarker teams to support study execution.
• Manage central laboratory and specialty vendor activities with risk mitigation.
• Review development of laboratory manuals and study-specific procedures.
• Monitor sample traceability and data integrity across the study lifecycle.
• Develop and manage study budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Resolve biosample- and study-related issues and optimize operational performance.
• Provide training and guidance on biosample-related activities as required.
