You will verify informed consent, support data integrity in CRFs, manage IP handling, and coordinate with sponsor teams and local country staff to meet timelines, budgets and audit readiness across global trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management, and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verify informed consent and protect patient confidentiality.
• Conduct source data review and ensure data accuracy in CRFs.
• Ensure IP inventory, labeling, and compliance with IP handling.
• Maintain Investigator Site File alignment with TMF and archiving requirements.
• Support subject recruitment and data tracking.
• Coordinate sponsor communications and meetings.
• Prepare for audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with local country staff and sponsor affiliates.
