Job summary

International Schools Partnership is seeking an experienced educator to contribute to a dynamic school community in Spain. The role focuses on lesson planning, materials preparation, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with the Psychology Department to support students’ academic or behavioral needs.

The position expects engagement with parents and participation in school activities, ensuring adherence to ISP policies and safeguarding principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Minimum 2 years in education.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and email plans to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize materials for classes.
• Maintain the grade book up to date.
• Enter grades at the end of each evaluation period and semester on time.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.
• Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.
