The lemon Consulting seeks a customer support specialist to assist Icelandic-speaking clients via email, phone, and live chat. You will update customer accounts in our CRM and coordinate with service providers to ensure fast, high-quality resolutions.

Fluent Icelandic and strong English, plus excellent verbal and written communication, are required. The role offers a full-time schedule with development opportunities in a modern office environment near central transit hubs.

Formación

• Native or C2 Icelandic; fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active-listening abilities.
• Proficiency with digital tools: Office 365, CRM platforms, and general web interfaces.
• Strong critical thinking and solution-driven problem solving mindset.
• Resilience and adaptability when handling high-volume or complex situations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Icelandic-speaking clients via email, phone, and live chat with booking, payment, and account inquiries.
• Act as a liaison between customers and service providers to ensure swift, high-quality resolution of issues.
• Maintain accuracy when updating customer accounts using our CRM system and databases.
• Follow established procedures while adapting creatively to solve unique customer challenges.
• Contribute to team goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
