Job summary

CLAP House Ibiza, part of the AlphaMind group, seeks an experienced Sales & Events Manager to lead revenue generation for private events, group bookings and brand activations from January 2027. You will drive new business, manage from inquiry to contract, and collaborate with Operations to deliver exceptional events that land commercially.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and events experience within luxury hospitality, beach clubs or lifestyle venues.
• Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong commercial instincts with a track record of driving revenue.
• Meticulous attention to detail in proposals, contracts and event docs.
• Well-connected with DMCs, concierges, agencies and events networks; Ibiza experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and partnerships for CLAP House Ibiza.
• Manage end-to-end enquiry-to-contract process for private events and group bookings.
• Develop event packages, pricing and catering materials with internal teams.
• Set and report on sales targets, align events with marketing and operations.
