Job summary

ZEST, a luxury five-star resort perched above San Antonio, Ibiza, seeks a Director of Marketing to craft and execute a holistic plan that positions the property and its F&B outlets as premier destinations for global travelers. You will collaborate with the GM, F&B Director and Commercial team to build brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record launching or rebranding high-profile resorts, hotels, or similar properties.
• Deep understanding of the Ibiza market and international luxury travel trends.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing external agencies and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the pre-opening and post-opening marketing strategy aligned with brand values and business goals.
• Position the hotel and F&B outlets as a top-tier luxury destination, leveraging Ibiza’s global appeal.
• Lead brand identity, tone, and market differentiation with management and ownership.
• Manage PR agency partnerships and plan launch events and media fam trips.
• Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to drive occupancy and RevPAR.
