Job summary

InPost España seeks a Regional Security Manager to lead security across Spain and Portugal. Based in Madrid area, you will drive the security strategy, oversee physical and electronic systems, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers.

You will manage budgets, ensure compliance with Spanish, Portuguese and EU laws, and lead incident investigations, audits and crisis management. Travel across Iberia is expected, with on-call support as required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Security, Criminology, Engineering, Law or related field.
• 3–5 years in senior security roles, preferably in logistics/retail.
• Licence: Spanish Director de Seguridad (TIP).
• 4+ years configuring and administering CCTV, access control and intrusion systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, crisis management and business continuity.
• Basic IP networking knowledge for site connectivity and security devices.
• Knowledge of TAPA and ISO 28000 security standards.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• High level of English (C1) and fluent Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement security strategy for Iberian territory.
• Lead security specialists and manage external providers.
• Prepare and monitor annual security budget and vendor contracts.
• Oversee physical and electronic security across facilities and hubs.
• Administer security platforms, user permissions and system health checks.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish, Portuguese, EU laws and standards.
• Plan security audits and drive corrective actions with KPIs.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigation and crisis response.
• Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Loss Prevention and Facility teams.
• Report security performance and risks to regional and Group leadership in Spanish and English.
