Job summary

InPost Iberia is seeking a Regional Security Manager to lead and drive security across Spain and Portugal, ensuring protection of people, assets and operations. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational responsibility, including CCTV, access control and incident investigations. The position is based in Madrid with travel across the Iberian territory (approx.

40%). Availability outside regular hours and on-call support are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Security or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in senior security roles, preferably in logistics or large sites.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets.
• Proven knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation and crisis management.
• Fluent English and strong Spanish communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Spain and Portugal and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement security strategy for Iberian territory aligned with Group objectives.
• Lead security teams and external providers; manage workforce planning and schedules.
• Prepare and monitor annual security budget; ensure service levels with providers.
• Oversee physical and electronic security across warehouses and hubs; CCTV and access control.
• Administer security platforms, perform system health checks and basic IP networking support.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish, Portuguese and EU laws and standards (TAPA, ISO 28000).
• Conduct audits, identify gaps, implement corrective actions and track KPIs.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations and crisis management; be 24/7 contact point.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies; support investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Loss Prevention and Facility Management to embed security.
• Prepare executive reports on security performance and risk to leadership in SP/EN.
