BD is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join the Iberia HR team, reporting to the Iberia HR Manager. This role supports a broad range of HR activities and helps integrate processes and employees into Waters following the Waters-BD transaction, ensuring a smooth organizational transformation.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced multinational setting, building relationships and delivering operational excellence and strategic HR projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist/Operations role in multinational fast-paced environments.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) mandatory; Italian valued.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes, HR documentation).
• Coordinate HR processes (time tracking, attendance, leave, data maintenance) and collaborate with Payroll for accuracy.
• Support integration of employees and HR operations into Waters post transaction and assist change management.
