Waters is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a multinational setting in Madrid. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, attendance, data maintenance, and payroll collaboration to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will assist with integrating employees and HR processes after the Waters-BD transaction, collaborate with managers, drive process improvements, and foster a positive employee experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years in HR Generalist/Operations in multinational settings.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) required; Italian valued.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, HR documentation, and employee support.
• Manage and coordinate operational HR processes such as time tracking, attendance administration, leave management, HR data maintenance, and collaboration with Payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Play a key role in the integration of employees, processes, and HR operations into Waters following the Waters-BD transaction, supporting change management initiatives, employee communications, and cross-functional integration projects.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide HR guidance, support HR projects, drive process improvements, and contribute to a positive employee experience within a dynamic multinational organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
• 2- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar Human Resources role, preferably within multinational organizations and fast-paced environments.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
• Additional languages are highly valued, particularly Italian.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and support employees and managers through periods of change and business transformation.

Salary range for this role: 27000€ - 33000€
