Waters is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join the Iberia Human Resources team, reporting to the HR Manager Iberia (Spain & Portugal). You will support a broad range of HR activities and collaborate with managers and employees to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

The role involves supporting ongoing integration of HR processes into Waters after the Waters-BD transaction and contributes to a major organizational transformation in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Law)
• 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes)
• Coordinate HR processes (time tracking, attendance, leave, data maintenance) and payroll collaboration
• Assist integration of HR operations into Waters following the Waters-BD transaction
• Provide HR guidance and support for projects and process improvements

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on HR Generalist to join our Iberia Human Resources team, reporting directly to the HR Manager Iberia (Spain & Portugal). This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a broad range of HR activities while partnering with managers and employees across the organization to deliver an outstanding employee experience.

As part of a dynamic and international environment, the successful candidate will play an important role in both day-to-day HR operations and key business initiatives. This includes supporting the ongoing integration of employees, processes, and HR operations into Waters following the Waters-BD transaction, helping to ensure a smooth transition and contributing to the success of a major organizational transformation.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced multinational environment, thrives on building relationships, and is eager to contribute to both operational excellence and strategic HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, HR documentation, and employee support.
• Manage and coordinate operational HR processes such as time tracking, attendance administration, leave management, HR data maintenance, and collaboration with Payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Play a key role in the integration of employees, processes, and HR operations into Waters following the Waters-BD transaction, supporting change management initiatives, employee communications, and cross-functional integration projects.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide HR guidance, support HR projects, drive process improvements, and contribute to a positive employee experience within a dynamic multinational organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
• 2- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar Human Resources role, preferably within multinational organizations and fast-paced environments.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) are mandatory. Additional languages are highly valued, particularly Italian.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and support employees and managers through periods of change and business transformation.

Salary range for this role: 27000€ - 33000€
