Vilomix Iberia in Barcelona is seeking a Marketing Manager to strengthen our market position and drive revenue growth in Spain.

You will combine commercial insight with hands-on execution, translate technical knowledge into value propositions, and work with sales, technical specialists and management to develop campaigns, materials and events.

This role offers an international context within Vilomix and opportunities to shape local positioning of both local products and global concepts.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrable growth impact.
• Experience from the animal nutrition industry or closely related B2B sector.
• Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into compelling customer communication and value propositions.
• Broad marketing expertise across product marketing, digital marketing, content creation, campaigns, websites, social media, sales support materials, events and lead generation.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong professional command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the marketing plan for Vilomix Iberia in close cooperation with management, sales and technical teams.
• Translate customer needs, market developments and commercial priorities into relevant marketing initiatives.
• Drive marketing activities for local products and solutions to ensure local implementation of global Vilomix concepts.
• Develop and adapt product positioning, value propositions, campaigns and sales materials for the Spanish market.
• Plan and execute activities across channels including website, newsletters, social media, digital campaigns, PR and sales materials.
• Plan and coordinate trade fairs and customer events, including pre- and post-event communications.
• Coordinate agencies and external suppliers and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure consistent Vilomix brand and visual identity across all local touchpoints.
• Leverage Vilomix marketing tools and adapt global campaigns to local needs; share content with Marketing HQ.
• Collaborate closely with Vilomix Marketing HQ and global marketing teams to share knowledge and best practices.
