BlaBlaCar is seeking a Marketing Manager Iberia to drive scalable user and business growth across Spain and Portugal, aligning local insights with central Growth resources.

You will design, execute, and rigorously measure high-impact marketing strategies, translate regional goals into roadmaps, manage campaigns, budgets, and KPIs, and partner with Growth, Product and local teams to strengthen BlaBlaCar’s leadership in the market.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing and/or business development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and hands-on profile.
• Strong data and analytical skills, business and data driven.
• Creative mind, great content and copywriting skills.
• Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English; Portuguese would also be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Translate regional goals into actionable marketing roadmaps and budgets.
• Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across Spain and Portugal with Growth.
• Manage initiatives end-to-end with budget adherence and KPI reporting.
• Partner with Growth, Product and local teams for performance updates.
