Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group's Iberian E-Commerce team is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Specialist to support Spain and Portugal across digital channels. You will monitor performance, optimize conversion and coordinate content updates.

You will work with SEO, CRM and marketing to improve visibility, personalize campaigns and ensure a seamless booking journey. The role requires 2–3 years in eCommerce, strong analytics with GA4 and Excel, and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in eCommerce or related roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with GA4 and Excel experience.
• Experience with SEO tools, CRO/UX, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize eCommerce performance and conversion.
• Coordinate content updates and local campaigns.
• Support SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Collaborate with CRM and Digital Marketing teams.
• Ensure website/app functionality and participate in UAT.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align initiatives.
