Takeda is seeking a DDu&T Cluster Lead Iberia in Madrid to own technology, data and AI demand across the cluster. You will partner with LOCs, IBU and ICC/GCC to translate business needs into enterprise-ready requirements and guide flagship initiatives.

You will lead governance, risk and compliance while enabling scalable delivery and reporting to leadership on adoption KPIs and delivery risks. This role shapes the future of data and AI in a global pharma context.

Formación

• 8+ years of commercial IT/technology experience in life sciences preferred.
• Deep understanding of Data, Analytics and AI applications in healthcare.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation projects in a large organization.
• Experience with IBU LOCs understanding of local operating models (preferred).
• Expert understanding of Takeda ecosystem (Salesforce stack, Databricks).
• Project Management and Change Management experience.
• Knowledge of Digital Compliance and governance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Cluster DDu&T Business Partner model and engagement pathways.
• Lead portfolio governance to align demand, initiatives, dependencies, and capacity.
• Provide concise reports on challenges, opportunities, delivery risks, and adoption KPIs to leadership.
• Drive technology and AI adoption within the cluster and ensure alignment with enterprise roadmap.
• Act as a thought leader on technology and AI, signaling what is feasible and prerequisites.
• Ensure DDu&T governance, risk, and compliance are followed and audit-ready.
• Lead 1–2 flagship cluster initiatives with hands-on shaping of use cases and requirements.
• Partner with ICC/GCC for scalable delivery and act as main cluster contact point for prioritization and escalations.
• Establish lean operating model for supported solutions with clear data ownership and escalation paths.
• Maintain operating cadence with DDu&T Head Europe to review portfolio, adoption, risks, and resourcing.
