Imerys is seeking a Sales Manager Ceramics Spain & Portugal based in Castelló/València to lead growth across Iberian ceramics markets, developing and executing the market strategy and strengthening strategic customer relationships in collaboration with Marketing and Technical Support.

The role involves up to 60% travel across Spain and Portugal, driving profitability, cross-selling, and new business while ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

Formación

• Ceramics market experience preferred
• 5+ years in a Sales Manager role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Business acumen and ability to analyze financial concepts

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitable growth and manage a portfolio of ~50 customers
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure price increases
• Maintain regular customer visits and CRM reporting
• Support market intelligence gathering and strategic account planning
• Ensure safety, cash collection and term optimisation
