Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Iberia Campaign Marketing Manager in the Sant Cugat del Vallès area, Barcelona. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions across Iberia, blending global strategy with local insights.

Hybrid work is offered, with responsibilities across digital, ABM, events, and partner channels. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in marketing, strong cross-functional skills, and fluency in English

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience in segment/partner marketing is preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead localized Iberia marketing plans aligned with the global strategy.
• Translate global strategies into regional plans, including budgets.
• Manage a three-month rolling country-level marketing plan and budget.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign execution.
• Define goals, KPIs and report performance with data-driven insights.
