Vilomix Iberia, part of Danish Agro Group, is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute the Iberian marketing agenda in Spain. You will work with sales and technical specialists to translate market needs into compelling value propositions and GTM initiatives that drive revenue growth and market share.

You will collaborate with global marketing and HQ in Denmark, shaping product positioning, campaigns and sales materials for local products and relevant Vilomix concepts.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field with a strong marketing focus.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution and delivering measurable commercial growth.
• Experience from the animal nutrition industry, preferably within premix, feed additives, feed, or a closely related B2B sector.
• Proven ability to market technical products and solutions, translating specialist knowledge into compelling customer communication and value propositions.
• Broad marketing expertise across product marketing, digital marketing, content creation, campaigns, websites, social media, sales support materials, events, and lead generation.
• Experience working in an international environment or with global marketing teams, combined with fluency in Spanish and a strong professional command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the marketing plan for Vilomix Iberia in close cooperation with management, sales and technical teams.
• Work proactively with sales to translate customer needs, market developments and commercial priorities into relevant marketing initiatives.
• Drive marketing activities for local products and solutions to ensure the local implementation and commercialisation of relevant products and concepts from the global Vilomix portfolio.
• Develop and adapt product positioning, value propositions, campaigns and sales materials to the Spanish market.
• Plan and execute activities across relevant channels, including website, newsletters, social media, digital campaigns, PR and sales materials.
• Plan and coordinate trade fairs and customer events, including communication before, during and after events.
• Coordinate agencies and external suppliers where relevant and ensure that activities move from plan to execution.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the Vilomix brand and visual identity across all local communication and customer touchpoints.
• Use shared Vilomix marketing tools, platforms, templates and processes and adapt global campaigns and marketing materials to local market needs.
• Work closely with Vilomix Marketing HQ and the global marketing team, sharing content, knowledge and best practices.
