ESTEVE, headquartered in Barcelona, seeks a seasoned Accounts Payable leader for Iberia. You will own AP operations, drive process improvements, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient service across procure-to-pay activities.

You will lead a growing AP team, monitor performance against SLAs, and contribute to global finance transformation projects, with a strong focus on automation and control enhancements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Shared Services.
• Experience with SAP implementations, finance transformation, or process standardization.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead Iberia Accounts Payable operations for efficient, compliant service delivery.
• Coach and develop the AP team, fostering accountability and growth.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality and timely issue resolution.
• Act as primary contact for Iberia stakeholders, aligning business needs with AP operations.
• Provide functional leadership on AP processes, controls, systems and policies.
• Lead SAP enhancements, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, IT and Shared Services.
