Westernacher Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Business Development Lead for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) to own growth, build pipelines, and deepen trusted partnerships with C-level executives in the region. You will shape go-to-market strategies, drive revenue and deal negotiations, and lead cross-functional teams across Iberia.

- Proven experience leading SAP sales or business development in Iberia.
- Track record of growing revenue and winning strategic accounts.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

- Define and execute growth strategy across Iberia.
- Build pipeline, win new business, and strengthen market presence.
- Develop trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and SAP.
- Represent Westernacher in key customer and industry engagements.
- Own revenue, pipeline, profitability, and market performance.
- Drive deal strategy, negotiations, and successful outcomes.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Support team growth and talent development.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with values.
