Job summary

N-iX is seeking an experienced IAM Lead to design, implement and operate a federated IAM program across portfolio companies. You will own the Target Operating Model and governance, and lead a small delivery team to bring the platform into production.

You will drive policy alignment (ISO 27001, DORA), manage the implementation partner and internal stakeholders, and report progress to the steering committee. English is mandatory; Spanish a plus. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IAM or information security, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build IAM or control functions where none existed.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IAM platform implementations and managing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team of IAM professionals, setting direction and priorities.
• Own delivery of the IAM platform implementation, including scope, plan, milestones and budget.
• Define IAM policies, target operating model and governing rules.
• Coordinate application onboarding and capacity planning across portfolio companies.
• Report progress, risks and decisions to senior management and steering committees.
