Factorial is seeking a Mid IT Systems Engineer to elevate our Microsoft Entra ID and Azure cloud platform at Barcelona, with a hybrid work model. You will own platform administration, act as Product Owner for Entra ID, and shape permissions across departments, groups, and roles.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. You will collaborate with a fast-growing tech team, contribute to IAM governance, and deploy Azure Foundry for BI/AI model delivery, while embracing automation and scalable

• Experience configuring PIM to manage privilege escalation for Azure resource access.
• Knowledge of Azure Foundry for BI and AI model deployment.
• Identity management knowledge focused specifically on Azure and Entra ID.
• Terraform experience is a plus.

We’re looking for a Mid IT Systems Engineer to take our identity and core platforms to the next level.

At Factorial, we are on a mission to change how small and medium-sized companies manage their teams. To support this massive expansion and the high volume of monthly onboardings, we are looking for a Mid IT Systems to join our Tech team in Barcelona (Hybrid). The Role

As our Mid IT Systems engineer, you will own the administration of our Microsoft Entra ID and Azure cloud platform, not the server infrastructure itself, but the platform administration: users, groups, and organizational structure. You will act as the Product Owner of the Microsoft Entra ID area within Factorial, applying IAM knowledge to structure the organization by departments, groups, and roles, and defining the right permission model for each person.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.

What You’ll Do?

• Entra ID Administration: Manage users, groups, and organizational structure within Microsoft Entra ID, acting as the Product Owner of this area.
• IAM & Access Governance: Apply IAM knowledge to define what permissions each person needs and structure the organization by departments, groups, and roles.
• Privileged Access Management: Configure and manage PIM (Privileged Identity Management) to grant temporary elevated privileges for accessing Azure resources.
• Azure Foundry Deployment: Manage the deployment (when needed) of Azure Foundry, where BI and AI models are deployed, interviewing stakeholders to determine which AI model is needed, expected token consumption, and configuring the model and rules for each profile.

Our Tech Stack

• Identity & Cloud: Microsoft Entra ID, Azure (platform administration, not server infrastructure), PIM.
• AI & BI Deployment: Azure Foundry.
• Infrastructure as Code (good-to-have): Terraform.

What We’re Looking For?

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• IAM knowledge: understanding of permission structures and how to organize a company by departments, groups, and roles.
• Experience configuring PIM to manage privilege escalation for Azure resource access.
• Knowledge of Azure services, specifically Azure Foundry for BI and AI model deployment.
• Identity management knowledge focused specifically on Azure and Entra ID.
• Terraform experience is a plus (good-to-have).

Database knowledge is not required for this role.
