Factorial HR is seeking a Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer in Barcelona. The role centers on designing and automating a scalable identity ecosystem, interfacing with Legal, Security and Infrastructure to align access governance.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and the team embraces hybrid work in a fast-growth environment. You will own identity architecture, provisioning workflows, and modern automation using AI-driven approaches while collaborating with the Systems Team to support high

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems, cloud infra or IAM environments.
• Deep understanding of identity governance, automated provisioning, lifecycle management.
• Experience in fast-paced tech or scale-up environments is a plus.
• Familiar with modern automated SaaS management tools and Agile methods.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders including Legal and Security.

Responsabilidades

• Own IAM architecture and identity provisioning workflows end-to-end.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security and Infrastructure teams.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize internal workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Support SSO and lifecycle management across systems.
