Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking an IAM IT Operations and Service Manager to join the IAM PSL in Albacete, Spain. The role covers RUN and IT operator duties across onboarding, offboarding and maintenance of IAM products including PingIdentity, Active Directory, and OneLogin.

The position requires a Master’s degree in IT or related field and 0–3 years of IAM experience, with strong English and collaboration skills. A hybrid working model is offered along with extensive benefits.

Formación

• Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Autonomous, team-oriented with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor IAM platforms and scheduled jobs; notify and resolve incidents.
• Lead RUN and IT operator activities in IAM scope; coordinate with PSLs, HR and managers.
• Perform ITIL-based processes: incident, problem, change, configuration and event management.
• Develop scripts and automate IAM tasks; maintain dashboards and analytics for the Customer Center.
