Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking an IAM IT Operations and Service Manager in Albacete, Spain. You will manage onboarding/offboarding processes, maintain IAM platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global aerospace environment.

Description

We are looking for an IAM IT Operations and Service Manager to join the Identity and Access Management PSL (Product Service Line) in Albacete, Spain. IAM PSL is part of IM (Information Management), in the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms department.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) products enable our internal and external users to be properly identified, authenticated & authorized to access Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Group Applications.

The AH IAM PSL delivers and deploys the solution, products and services with an end-to-end accountability. We will manage the products lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them, in close relationships with Airbus Group.

Our Access IT products sustain Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Encryption and digital certificates. And our Identity IT Products sustain User management (Provisionning/Deprovisionning, Privileged accounts, Recertification, ...) and Directory services (Identity Directory, Metadata Synchronization, ...)

The IAM IT Products are mainly : PingIdentity products (PingFederate and PingID), F5 bigIP and Microsoft PKI for Access. And Active Directory, Identity Management, OneLogin for Identity. Automation is running on Ansible; Cyber IAM is based on Oradad, PingCastle and Silvefort; Incident and Change management on Service NOW. The compliance dashboard uses Palantir Foundry.

Your challenges

The main role will be to act as “IAM JML RUN Operator”, an secondary role as IAM IT operator.

Acting as “IAM JML RUN Operator”, you will have to manage, in priority, all RUN activities (Escalation, Improvement, Correction, INC) around Onboarding, Move inside Airbus, and Offboarding for Employees and Subcontractors of Airbus Helicopters (Mother Company and Customer Center).

Acting as “IAM IT operator”, you will perform activities in 4 main domains: Support, Automation, Reporting and CyberIAM.

Because these critical applications support users worldwide, clear communication, structured coordination, and change management are vital to this role.

As IAM JML RUN Operator, it will lead to the delivery of the following IM services:

• Support on escalation following when there is, in collaboration with the dedicated team in IAM Commercial, and IAM Defense and Space. The support is on the complex tickets when the normal process is not working.
• Coordinator: Involving the mandatory actors to clarify the case (HR, User or User’s Manager, PSLs,...).
• Single and identified focal point for the user until the problem is resolved for AH IAM scope.
• Remind end users the company rules & constraints on security, compliance, data regulations and IT.
• Support the user in creating all necessary actions using existing request, change or incident’s standard processes
• Tracking the execution of the request, change and incident within the defined lead time.
• Document in the incident or associated document precise information in order to accelerate the next tricky similar cases.
• Answer to BRM/end User on the technical process related to user management
• Write all minutes of the meeting and share with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Identify the improvement which can be done on the user management
• Define the possible solution if similar cases have already appeared and have it validated by the PSLs required to be involved before launching the action plan on the new use case

As IAM IT Operator, it will lead to the delivery of the following IM services:

• Monitors scheduled jobs on IAM platforms, notifies in case of issues and resolves incident
• Communicates improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the Customer Centers local IT.
• Performs the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
• Analyses error messages, diagnoses system failures and takes corrective action in order to ensure continuity of operations, escalating to other technical teams and vendors as needed.
• Perform the daily check (anticipation), perform the troubleshooting, and propose, follow and perform improvement on known process like accounts lifecycle
• Perform and maintain scripting; develop and maintain the automated tasks.
• Perform the daily request, perform the troubleshooting on Analytics Dashboard dedicated to the targeted Customer Center, and Mother Company.
• Monitor system logs and alerts, investigating and responding to potential security incidents in a timely manner.

Skills

Technical competences :

• Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field
• 0 to 3 years of experience as an IT Operator. Ideally, experience in Identity and Access Management in industrial and transversal context.
• Ideally, knowledge or experience with Identity Lifecycle, User Provisioning, Directory Services, Password Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Audit & Compliance, Identity Governance, and Role Management
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework
• Knowledge of modern authentication & authorization concepts/protocols (Active Directory, Single Sign-On and associated technical protocols, multi-factor authentication, cyber-security risks) or appetite for acquiring these technical knowledge.
• Knowledge on programmation languages such as Powershell and CSharp.

• Self-driven, motivated, constantly learning on the job and creative.
• Have the dual skills: Be autonomous and be team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team spirit and good relationship, as well as service spirit and accountability are key values for this job position
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Fluent English, French is a plus.
