Job summary

Drees & Sommer España is expanding its IT team in Málaga to deliver cloud-based solutions. You will join the System Administration team, focusing on Identity Management and the automation of IT services while collaborating with global stakeholders.

We value a strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID and Azure, plus a proactive, service-oriented mindset and fluency in English (C1). Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent IT training.
• At least 3 years of professional IT experience and knowledge of Identity Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Good knowledge of identity management processes and access governance.
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments.
• Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based identity solutions.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of English (C1) required.

Responsibilities

• Become an active member of the System Administration Team.
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives including ISO 27001 compliance.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and administration of server, storage, and backup systems.
• Monitor and support availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.
• Develop and maintain scripts to support automation and operational efficiency.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects for migrations, expansions, and optimizations.
• Create technical documentation and guidelines.
