Job summary

Drees & Sommer España in Málaga is seeking a Specialist IT Endpoint Management to join our IT team. You will provide advanced technical support across regions while shaping endpoint architecture and security standards.

You will lead endpoint projects, maintain Intune and Entra ID, and collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Operations to deliver resilient, compliant digital workplace services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Endpoint Management or IT operations.
• Experience with Intune and endpoint management solutions.
• Knowledge of software packaging and application deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and customer service.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Design a secure endpoint management architecture with governance models.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for endpoint incidents and requests.
• Manage Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 endpoint services.
• Oversee software packaging, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Workplace Services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
