Sofinco España is seeking a technically adept project coordinator to drive scalable AI solutions. You will work closely with Business, Architecture, IT and Data teams to translate high-impact use cases into robust GenAI, LLM and agentic AI deployments.

Responsibilities include designing scalable AI architectures, building data pipelines for RAG, and continuously refining prompts and models for secure and brand-aligned outputs. This role blends engineering rigor with strategic collaboration.

Formación

• Engineering degree with CS/DS/Electronics/Physics background required.
• Master or PhD in IA, Data Science or related sciences preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a technical expert and project coordinator for AI solutions.
• Design, deploy, and scale GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate use cases into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Architecture, IT and Data teams to ensure scalable implementations.
• Identify metrics to track adoption, performance, and developer impact.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for RAG to ensure grounded advisory.
• Refine LLM performance for security, privacy, and brand alignment.
• Provide low-code and automation engineering support.
• Serve as primary technical contact for AI tool incidents.
• Monitor performance and propose feature enhancements.

Act both a technical expert and a project coordinator, working closely with Business, Architecture, IT&Data teams to deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions.

Main functions and tasks:

• Design, deploy, and scale GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to build Sofinco Roadmap in AI & Automation
• Collaborate with Architecture, IT and Data teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations.
• Identify and define metrics to track adoption, performance, and developer impact.
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG): Build and optimize data pipelines to ingest diverse sources into AI models to ensure accurate, grounded advisory
• Prompt Engineering & Tuning: Continuously refine LLM performance to ensure security and privacy advice is technically sound, brand-aligned, and user-friendly
• Low-Code & Automation Engineering
• Technical Support: Act as the primary technical contact for AI and automation tool incidents
• Performance Monitoring: LLM evaluation, Analyze tool usage and AI response accuracy, propose continuous feature enhancements

Requirements:

• Engineering school (computer science, Data Science electronics, physics, etc.), Master/Ph.D. in IA, Data Science or sciences…
• 1-3 years of combinedexperience combined in the following areas
• AI/ML Ops/Engineering/Science, Data or Automation (RPA, Powerautomates)
