Job summary

ABB in Catalonia, Spain is seeking a Service Sales Support Manager to help the Sales organization select technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. You will be a key technical resource, preparing descriptions for ABB’s products and technologies in the Electrification business and supporting customers through technical meetings and negotiations.

You will deliver training, analytics, and proposals for complex inquiries in Low and Medium Voltage, while collaborating with Sales Engineers

Qualifications

• Portfolio management, Business strategy, market intelligence, pricing excellence, customer focus, balance technical-commercial offer.
• Knowledge in Salesforce, SAP, and Office Apps.
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications in Electrification business.
• Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries, in Low and Medium Voltage.
• Delivering product/solution/service-related training; and supporting the managers in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.
