Job summary

ABB, a global technology leader, seeks a Product Specialist – Installation Products in Spain to drive product strategy, promote ranges, and train sales teams. The role focuses on installation-focused product lines in railway and machine-building applications across the País Vasco and surrounding regions.

You will work with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams to articulate value propositions and support adoption while embracing a hybrid work model and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related vocational training.
• Experience with electrical installation products and cable management.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic scope.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical product benefits to customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the local product marketing strategy (Products, Price, Place, Promotion).
• Promote strategic product ranges (PMA, Adaptaflex) with OEMs and key accounts in railway and machine building.
• Create clear value propositions for installation and protection solutions for OEMs and distributors.
• Deliver product training and technical-commercial support to Sales teams and customers.
• Serve as a technical reference for installation-related products within ABB.
