ABB is seeking a Sales professional to drive the sale of Low Voltage IEC motors in North Spain, with a hybrid work model in Navarra or Gipuzkoa. You will target strategic customers, build a robust pipeline and push for revenue growth while collaborating with the Motion – Induction Motors team.

You will bring about 3 years of industrial sales experience, a degree in engineering, fluency in Spanish and English, and a proactive hunting mindset to identify opportunities and close deals.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or similar academic background.
• Around 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in technical/industrial environments.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Sales 7 Habits, customer intimacy and industrial markets such as COG, Pulp and Paper, Water, HVAC and related segments.
• Clear Hunter profile proactive in prospecting, identifying decision makers, creating pipeline, challenging the status quo and bringing value to customer conversation.
• At ease communicating in Spanish and English.
• Residence in Navarra or Gipuzkoa is mandatory.
• Valid driving license (B1) in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Low Voltage IEC motors in the designated market within North Spain.
• Meet qualitative and quantitative sales targets to grow orders, revenues and market share.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage sales administration, cash collection and project support as needed.
