Siemens Industry Software S.L. is seeking a Support Application Engineer for the Xpedition Enterprise and EDM tools in a hybrid Spain-based role. You will work with customers, resolve tool issues, and contribute to knowledge content for support portals.

The role requires strong PCB design tool experience, an engineering degree, and fluency in English and Spanish, with willingness to travel as needed. Hybrid work arrangement offered within Spain.

Formación

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Broad knowledge of PCB design tools and workflows.
• Willingness to travel and work across locations.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support for Xpedition and related tools.
• Assist customers to meet project deadlines via phone, email, or on-site support.
• Engage with customers to understand PCB design methodologies and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with account teams to resolve issues and drive product adoption.
• Create knowledge content for web-based support resources.
