Kyndryl is seeking an Senior AI Engineer to design and build AI-powered applications using LLMs and RAG-based approaches. You will work on AI agent workflows, integration with enterprise systems, and production-ready services across cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on Python development and strong knowledge of AI models, with fluency in English and Spanish. A partially remote, hybrid setup in Madrid/Barcelona, Spain is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, ML, or AI.
• Hands-on experience with Python development.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with RAG-based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional level of English and Spanish.
