Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG. You will collaborate across disciplines to deliver production-ready AI capabilities and explore emerging AI technologies.

You will work on integrating AI into enterprise environments, building scalable services, and contributing to innovation initiatives within cloud and data ecosystems. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, ML, or AI.
• Hands-on Python development.
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience developing or implementing RAG-based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional level of English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build and integrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop scalable services and APIs to support AI use cases.
• Participate in end-to-end lifecycle from prototyping to production deployment.
• Evaluate new models, frameworks, and AI technologies.
• Contribute to PoCs and innovation initiatives.
• Benchmark AI models for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Explore trends in Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Integrate AI with enterprise applications, databases, and business processes.
