Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Agentic AI frameworks. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver production-ready AI applications.

You will evaluate new models and frameworks, build scalable services and APIs, and help clients unlock value from AI-driven innovation across enterprise environments. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with Python development.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build and integrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop scalable services and APIs to support AI use cases.
• Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from prototyping to production deployment.
