Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for Spain-based remote/hybrid work to support AMNOG and market access activities. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with strong statistical programming experience.

You will develop German AMNOG dossiers, analyze clinical trial data, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality and reproducibility while staying updated on IQWiG/G‑BA guidance.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM; knowledge of German AMNOG processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and relevant HTA bodies.
