Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for Spain-based remote/hybrid work. The role focuses on statistical programming to support health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access activities in Germany, ideal for biostatisticians or data scientists with strong clinical evidence applications.

The candidate will develop German AMNOG dossiers, analyze trial data, perform meta-analyses, and help automate analysis workflows.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM and German AMNOG processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from HTA bodies.
