IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities in a Spain-based, hybrid/remote setup. The role focuses on statistical programming for AMNOG dossiers and analyses of clinical trial data.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, reproducibility, and adherence to CDISC standards. German and English fluency are required for success.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency, consistency, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor developments from IQWiG, GBA, and relevant HTA bodies.
