Allianz Technology, headquartered in Munich, is seeking a Revenue Controlling professional to join its IT Revenue Controlling team. The role focuses on safeguarding financial transparency for IT revenues across global operations and driving data-driven decision making.

You will work in a hybrid model with exposure to international business units, delivering advanced analytics, forecasting improvements, and automation opportunities to optimize revenue performance.

Formación

• Proven experience in financial controlling/FP&A, at least 4 years’ experience in Finance Planning and analytics, or revenue and business analysis, ideally gained within an international environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modelling, Power Query, Power Pivot). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Think-Cell).
• A working knowledge of AI tools and prompt-engineering fundamentals with practical AI applications.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and clear insight translation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare comprehensive monthly revenue reporting with variance analysis, trend identification, and management commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor revenue performance and deliver predictive insight.
• Refine and enhance revenue forecasting models with inputs from business units to align with objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities across revenue streams and recommend corrective action.
• Validate and reconcile data across ERP and BI systems to ensure accuracy in global operations.
• Serve as a trusted partner to finance, IT service delivery, and account management teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across revenue controlling processes, championing AI and automation tools.
