Allianz Technology seeks a Revenue Controlling professional to safeguard financial transparency for IT-related revenues across global operations. You will prepare monthly reporting, build dashboards, and refine forecasting models in a hybrid, international setting.

With 4+ years in finance analytics, you will drive automation and AI-enabled insights, collaborating with finance, IT service delivery, and account management teams to strengthen revenue controls worldwide.

Formación

• Finance/FP&A experience in an international environment.
• Advanced Excel with data modelling, Power Query and Power Pivot; ERP/BI experience.
• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or German a plus.

About the Job

What you do

• Prepare comprehensive monthly revenue reporting - encompassing variance analysis, trend identification, and management commentary - that distils complex financial data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor revenue performance, applying advanced analytics to deliver predictive insight.
• Refine and enhance revenue forecasting models, incorporating operational inputs from business units to ensure precision and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities across revenue streams and proactively recommend appropriate corrective action.
• Validate and reconcile data across ERP and BI systems to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout global operations.
• Serve as a trusted partner to finance, IT service delivery, and account management teams, fostering alignment on revenue-related activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across revenue controlling processes - identifying automation and AI opportunities and championing the adoption of approved tools to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency.

What you bring

• Proven experience in financial controlling/FP&A, at least 4 years’ experience in Finance Planning and analytics, or revenue and business analysis, ideally gained within an international environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modelling, Power Query, Power Pivot). Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Think‑Cell).
• A working knowledge of AI tools and prompt‑engineering fundamentals, together with a sound understanding of core AI principles and their practical application.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach within a dynamic, international environment.
• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or German a plus.
