Ideal candidates possess a technical degree in rail or industrial engineering, 2+ years in rail signaling, and fluency in English and Spanish, with willingness to travel as projects require.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Telecommunications, Computer, Electronic, Automation, or Railway Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in the Rail Signaling business.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; willingness to travel as project needs.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and monitor engineering activities for Maintenance & Digital Systems, managing progress and risks.
• Shape system architectures, configurations, and operational concepts to align with Siemens Mobility portfolio.
• Coordinate critical interfaces and drive technical alignment across teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D to define new maintenance functionalities and system architectures.
• Analyze requirements, define specifications, and ensure end-to-end traceability across subsystems.
• Configure diagnostic solutions and produce precise technical documentation with version control and design specs.
