Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• At least 5 years of PM experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Experience in industrial process improvement, automation, or capital equipment projects.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Familiarity with PM software (MS Project, Asana, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing on-site and remote work.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in industrial environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize industrial projects according to deadlines, budgets, and scope.
• Acquire and manage necessary resources and personnel for project execution.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate the efforts of internal team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project success.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
