GOLD FIELDS is seeking an experienced Project Lead for process improvement initiatives in an exclusively remote role. You will plan, execute, and finalize projects aimed at enhancing operational performance, reducing costs, and implementing new technologies across industrial sites.

The ideal candidate holds a 6+ year track record in industrial project management, excels in lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and can drive data-driven decisions while coordinating remote teams and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Proven experience in process optimization, lean, or Six Sigma projects.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience managing remote teams with collaborative tools.

• Ability to travel occasionally if required, though the role is primarily remote .
• Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems is a plus.
