Responsibilities

• Identify high-value engineering and operational initiatives for replication across Europe.
• Develop replication roadmaps for ASUs, PAG plants, production sites, and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with plant managers, operations, maintenance, and engineering to deploy solutions.
• Support energy optimization, reliability improvements, maintenance programs, and process optimization projects.
• Track savings delivery and operational performance; facilitate cross-regional knowledge transfer.
